Rešov waterfalls

It is a protected natural formation and at the same time the highest waterfalls in the Nízký Jeseník mountains in the valley of the upper reaches of the Huntava river.

Line: Rýmařov – Skály – Rešov waterfalls – Rešov – Strálecká myslivna – U Strálku – Rýmařov. Total 22,5 km (7,25 hod.). Elevation: 70 m.The Highest points: 660 m u Skál, Rešov, school 560 m, Stráň u Rýmařova 650 m.

Access place: Rýmařov, train, line č. 311, bus Šumperk, Ostrava, Přerov, Jeseník and Bruntál.
Start: railway station Rýmařov.

Rabštejn

The dominant features of the ruins are two rocky fortifications with the height of 25 and 35 metres. From the actual castle only small remains of the walls providing access to the castle courtyard were perserved.

Line: Skřítek – Krtinec pod Bílými kameny – Hvězda – Rabštejn – Skřítek. Total 18,5 km (6,25 hod.). Elevation: 197 m. The Highest points: sedlo Skřítek 874 m, Rabštejn 803 m.

Velká kotlina

Velká kotlina is the most valuable and interesting parts of the mountain scenery Hrubý Jeseník. Scientist its significance is among the most valuable preserved natural units of Central Europe.

Line: Malá Morávka – Karlov – Velká kotlina – Nad Velkou kotlinou – Skály pod Kopřivnou – Malá Morávka. Total 20 km (6,5 hod.). Elevation: 760 m. The Highest point: Nad Velkou kotlinou 1360 m.

Access place: Malá Morávka, autobus Rýmařov – Malá Morávka, Bruntál – Malá Morávka, Přerov – Jeseník – station U kovárny.
Start: Malá Morávka – bus station U Kovárny.

Waterfalls Bílá Opava

Apart from many waterfalls, numerous cascades and rapids, rock formations and romantic areas in the spruce forest, the educational route also offers the basic information about this unique bature reserve on seven informations board.

Line: Karlova Studánka – vodopády Bílé Opavy – chata Barborka – Karlova Studánka. Total 11,5 km (4 hod.). Elevation: 495 m. The Highest point: chata Barborka 1325 m.

Access place: Karlova Studánka, bus Bruntál – Karlova Studánka, Přerov – Jeseník, car park pod Karlovou Studánkou.

Hlavní hřeben, skupina Pradědu

It is the highest mountain of Hrubý Jeseník mountains and the whole Moravia (1491 m above sea level) which is the most attractive place of Praděd National Nature Reserve.

Line: Sedlo Skřítek – Jelení studánka – Vysoká hole – Praděd – chata Švýcárna – Červenohorské sedlo. Total26 km (7,5 hod.) Elevation: 624 m. The Highest point: top Praděd 1491 m.
